This beautiful touchstone was created in honor of two sweet dogs who were dearly missed by their family.

Carolyn, we both cried when we saw the beautiful art piece and shadowbox you created in honor of Missy. You captured her personality. The sparkly lavender reminds me of her exuberance and effervescence for everything - rides, walks, food, and sleeping next to Randy. The blue makes me think of her calmness especially towards kids and the peacefulness she seemed to emanate. The deeper purples bring to mind how grounded she was, her matter-of-fact attitude, and how she lived life to its fullest, roadbumps (the ridges) and all. Thank you also for returning the ashes you had left. Randy wants to put a little bit in each of several places that she loved including a little in Yosemite where her last big road trip/vacation was with us just a couple of weeks before she died. She meant the world to us. Thank you for giving us something so beautiful to remember her and her personality - something we can have at home to look at and feel her with us every day.
